PROPERTIES
Eco-Clean Elite 230 Enzyme-Activated Presoak & Silver Detarnisher loosens dried-on food soils to prepare eating utensils for effective washing in the dish machine. Special ingredients penetrate dried-on food soils and neutralize acids in the food soils. A unique enzyme breaks down stubborn protein soils. Eco-Clean Elite 230 Enzyme-Activated Presoak & Silver Detarnisher is also very effective as a silverware detarnisher.
USE DIRECTIONS
Presoaking and stain removal – all items
1. Dissolve one cup (225 g) of Eco-Clean Elite 230 Enzyme-Activated Presoak & Silver Detarnisher for each 30 liters (8 gallons) of warm 48º – 60ºC (120º – 140ºF) water. Water hotter than 88ºC (190ºF) will deactivate enzyme. Dissolve crystals completely before adding tableware to the presoak.
2. Scrape or flush gross food soils from the tableware. Place tableware in the solution and soak for 5-10 minutes. For difficult soils, soak for 15-20 minutes.
3. Change soaks solution when the water gets dirty.
4. Remove tableware, rinse and immediately run through the warewashing machine.
Deternishing silver flatware and holloware
1. Line sink or pan with aluminum foil, bars or grids.
2. Dissolve one cup (225 g) of Eco-Clean Elite 230 Enzyme-Activated Presoak & Silver Detarnisher for each 30 liters (8 gallons) of warm water (48°-60°C/120º -140ºF). Dissolve crystals completely before adding silverware.
3. Place silverware in the solution in contact with the aluminum. Let soak at least 5-10 minutes. Electrolytic action removes the tarnish without loss of silver content.
4. Change the soak solution when the water gets dirty.
5. Remove silverware, rinse and immediately run through the ware washing machine.
Do not pour Eco-Clean Elite 230 Enzyme-Activated Presoak & Silver Detarnisher over flatware, silverware and do not use aluminum material when soaking stainless steel.
